Welcome to Sole 2 Soul Therapies and thank you for taking the time to visit my website.

Everyone seeks healing or therapies for various reasons and they are all unique to each of us.

My journey started in 2004 while on holiday in Lanzarote. It was here I had my first ever Reiki treatment. I was blown away by the impact it had on me and that feeling never went. For the first time in many years I felt a connection to myself and a letting go of many things. In 2008, I felt drawn towards knowing more. I had further reiki treatments which led me to learning it for myself. This started an fabulous journey of learning and many courses.

I have never looked back.

The therapies and services I offer are Reiki, Holistic Massage, Reflexology, Emotional Freedom Technique, Hypnosis and NLP Wellness & Mind Coaching.

My studies and experiences have brought new direction to my life and complete enthusiasm for healing and enlightenment. My passion for sharing with and helping people enables me to offer the very best of care and coaching to suit individual requirements.

I believe that we all have an inner ability to help heal our body and rebalance our energy to create homeostasis (balance).

Every day stresses and worry can cause our body’s own natural energy flow to become unbalanced, low and out of sync.

Sometimes this can lead to a depleted immune system leaving us open to illness and ‘dis-ease’.

When we are feeling good about ourselves and have a positive energy flowing we tend to be healthier and our body systems work at their optimum.
